My two favorite desserts are fried ice cream and cheese cake. I haven't really eaten many different desserts. Fried ice cream is a Mexican dish I believe, and i first tried it a El Titanic. Cheese cake I believe originated in ancient Greece, and my grandmother would make it for me.
My number one favorite has to be cheesecake, the first time I had it was around Christmas time, a women in my church gave it as a present to my mom. I do not know where cheesecake originated. My second favorite would have to be lemon squares. I first tasted them at a family get together, I have never been able to make lemon squares that tasted that good. Again I do not know where they are from.
Two of my favorite desserts are so very different, but I love bothof them. One would have to be my aunt's homemade apple pie. It is delicious! Another is a piece of chocolate chip cookie cake with frosting! Simple, yet packed with flavor! I do not know the first time I had either one of these, but they will always be two of my favorite comfort foods.
One of my favorite desserts is Cupcakes. They originated in the United States in 1796. I first had them when I was a kid. I don't remember what kind, but it was probably vanilla. My other favorite dessert is Ice Cream. It originated in the Persian Empire and China. The first time I had ice cream was also when I was a kid. It was probably vanilla too.
My main favorite dessert is a thin waffle crisp cookie called a Pizzelle that was made in a place called Ortona, Italy. When I first had this cookie, I was just able to eat solid foods and my grandmother made them for me as a soft melt in your mouth snack. Another dessert I like is chocolate pound cake. Pound cake was originated in Northern Europe in the late 1700's. My first taste of pound cake was at my first real Christmas dinner that I remember, My cousin made it for me and my grandmother.
One of my favorite desserts would have to be arroz con leche it originated in Mexico not sure what part of Mexico. This dessert is very delectable it consists of condensed milk evaporated milk whole milk rice sugar and cinnamon if desired. My other favorite dessert would have to be a Mexican cake know as pastel de tres leches it is very sweet and yummy it is kind of unusual but at the same time interesting in texture and flavor.
My favorite desserts are Banana Pudding and Confetti cake. My grandma makes her own banana pudding, hers has it where the inside of the vanilla wafers are crunchy and the bananas are not too soft. The Confetti cake is just from a box out of a grocery store, but I bake it slightly under the baking temperature.
Ice cream and cheesecake are my two favorite desserts. Many different forms of ice cream came from the Persian Empire and China. I first tried ice cream at one of my birthday parties. Cheesecake originates from ancient Greece. When I was at a restaurant in Georgia for my Aunts birthday I ordered cheesecake as my dessert and immediately loved it.
My favorite two desserts are bread pudding and traditional banana pudding. Bread pudding came from around 11th to 13th century England. It was a way to use left over bread, known as "the poor's man pudding". I first tired bread pudding when my mother introduce it to me at a restaurant. Later i learned how to make it and I am still trying to perfect my recipe. Banana pudding is classical dessert made by repeating layers of banana, custard and cookies. It was first made in the 19th century. The first mention of its recipe was in a book by Mary Harris Frazer in 1903. I first tired this dessert when my mother made it for my family as a holiday dish.
My 2 favorite desserts would have to be Strawberry Cheesecake and Chocolate Éclair. I love both of them and they are both very delicious. Cheesecake is my favorite kind of cake and Chocolate Éclair is a family tradition we added on a few years ago. We always have both at every family get- together and everybody loves them. I first tried both when I was really young I don't remember the exact year but I know it was before high school.
I like a lot of desserts I think my first favorite would have to be chocolate covered strawberries this was introduced by Lorraine Lorusso in the 1960s in a small shop called "stop n shop" in Chicago, Illinois, the reason why it is one of my favorites is because I like the harder outer shell of chocolate and the softer strawberry center, I also like the contrast of sweet and tart. My second favorite dessert would probably be bananas foster this originated in New Orleans, Louisiana. It was first created in 1976 by Richard Foster, at his friend's restaurant, this is also one of my favorites because its not only fun to watch but it also tastes amazing, all the flavors added together just makes everything pop.
