Instead of eating fried food, switch it to baked food. And instead of eating out to eat in instead.
Instead of frying all the foods I could braise some. I could eat a variation of things . I could eat fruits.
Have more greener foods and more vegetables than other unhealthier sides during meals.
One way to eat healthier is to grill your chicken instead of frying it. Another way is to choose cuts of meat labeled "loin" or "round" as they usually have the least fat.
You can add more vegetables by sautéing them because it makes them a bit more tasty. Then instead of deep frying them in all the oil and fat you can grill them.
don't eat everything deep fried eat healthy and start eating at home more rather than out.
I could use healthier oil like vegetable, olive, or canola. Or I could just skip the oil and grill or bake instead.
Add color to my meals such as vegetables, fruits, etc. And grill rather than deep fry.
