The first course would be baked stuffed bell peppers, The second course would be grilled teriyaki chicken. The last course would be homemade banana split.
for starters id make some sautéed vegetables then id make either fried chicken or poached fish. Then for desert id have deep fried oreos or something like that :)
for the appetizer I would make a smoked crab dip w/ some toasted bread , for the entrée I would make a stir fry with seafood in it, and for the desert I would make a lava cake with vanilla ice cream on it and a chocolate drizzle on top.
The first course would be a bacon blue burger with blue cheese dressing and crumbles with a choice of fries or baked potato, the second choice would be fried chicken with mac and cheese, green beans, and corn. Then the third course would be Carmel apple empanada
The appetizer would be a boneless chicken with your choice of sauce. And the main course would be a steak with the choice of two sides. Either fries or potato soup. And finally for the dessert... cake.
Their appetizer would be some fried wontons served with some homemade sweet and sour sauce. The main course would be General Tso's Chicken over rice. And the dessert would be fried bananas.
If it was my good friends birthday, it would have a lot of meat in it. I would start off with a fried chicken salad, then go to a good loaded burger, and id finish it off with a baked good.
