  2. One of my favorite types/cuts of meat is a T-bone steak, the way I like it cooked is rare and the reason why this is one of my favorites is because the tenderness on the different sides vary, this is because on one side there is more fat than the other because of where the cut is located on the cow. One of my second favorites is salmon, the reason why I like this is just because of the different ways you can season it, and the way it tastes. I suppose the oddest meat I have ever tasted was cow tongue, I was at a Hispanic party with my friend at the time but I was really young and it was in a stew so I honestly cant remember how it tasted.

  3. I really enjoy flank steak that is marinated and grilled medium well, I also like fillets. These are my favorite because they are very tender and can be used in so many different ways. The most unusual meat I have eaten is kangaroo jerky in Gatlinburg, TN. It was surprisingly flavorful and I really enjoyed it.

  6. One of my favorite types of meat is sirloin. I like it cooked medium rare with seasonings and topped with parmesan crust. Another favorite is salmon. I like it to have seasonings on it and I usually squeeze lemon juice on it. The most unusual meat that I have ever had is alligator. I was in Florida at a restaurant. It kind of tastes like chicken.

  7. One of my favorite cuts of meats is a top sirloin steak, its cuts from the sirloin of the cow, I prefer it prepared medium rare with nice grilled marked, my next favorite is the sirloin tip side steak, it comes from the round part of the cow, i prefer it to be marinated and then grilled to medium or medium rare, i haven't really tried anything usually, i have tired livers and gizzards from chicken, i like them fried and seasoned.

  8. I haven't tried many meats but i love pork tenderloin and and beef sirloin. Typical, i know. I haven't had any strange meats, but if i had to choose which meat I've tried that's strange to me, it would be deer. Deer meat is delicious, it has a very gamy taste and in my opinion, its good in stews. Despite the cuts you have, it all depends on how it is prepared.

  9. Barbeque butt and crab meat are my top two favorites, I really do not enjoy steaks as much because I do not like my meat rare or medium rare because of the blood... So all of the steaks I have eaten have been tough and chewy and very unpleasant. Octopus is probably the most unusual type of meat I have ever tried, the second would be antelope. I first tried Octopus at a restaurant in Baltimore named Salt.

  10. Two of my favorite cuts of meat would be a chicken thigh and ground beef.
I love when my mom prepares my favorite dish using chicken thighs in a chicken and rice casserole. Ground beef cooked fresh and put in spaghetti is also delicious.
The most unusual meat I can think of that I have tried would be mahi mahi. I love it topped with a lemon sauce, plated over wild rice.

  12. My favorite cut of meat would have to be a very slow cooked tenderloin that has been seasoned to perfection. Another cut of meat I really like is the great and wonderful chicken breast. These are my favorite one the tenderloin it is just plain good it is very tender you just cant go wrong with that. And, the chicken breast just cause it is simple and there are so many things you can do with it is just really versatile. The most unusual meat that I have eaten would have to be cow tongue.

  13. My two favorite cuts of meat, specifically beef, are rib eye roast and back ribs. With the rib eye roast, I love it cooked just exactly as the name says, roasted slowly over night with carrots , celery, onions, garlic, and potatoes. With back ribs, I prefer them to be cooked for a few hours in the oven with a dry spice rub. After the ribs are cooked in an oven for an amount of time, they are best when they are placed on a hot grill and glazed with a sweet and spicy barbecue sauce.
