Describe at least 3 ways to keep food safe when working in a kitchen or restaurant.

  7. 1) Tie your hair back, if necessary. Wash your hands before handling with any food types. 2) Put frozen goods & meats separate in the correct location. 3) Store food in containers separate from other foods, make sure meats that aren't meant to be together are put into the correct location.
