Intro To Culinary
There are many things in a kitchen that can cause accidents, from sharp knives to hot equipment, and slippery floors. Describe at least 3 ways to maintain a safe work environment.
1.) Make sure electrical wiring is not at risk of causing a fire, 2.) Ensuring that everyone handles cutting tools safely, 3.) Keep the floors clean so that no one can slip and fall in the kitchen.
1 clean up a mess you make to keep bacteria away 2 if you drop something on the floor clean it up as soon as you can 3 cut away from you when cutting with sharp knives
