I would open an Asian style Restaurant. It would have Asian inspired cuisines. it would probably be local because I don't want to move far away and the name would be Cooley's.
I would open an Italian style restaurant. the location would be in like the city of Greenville. It would be all Italian cuisine. The name would be "Italiano"
I would open a Mediterranean style restaurant that would serve Italian, Greek, French, and maybe some Turkish food. I would call it Pasqualina's. I'm not sure where I would open it.
I would open a Japanese style restaurant. It would be close to where I live because I live on a major highway. My cuisine would be mostly having to do with Japanese and Asian culture.
I Would open up a restaurant in Charlotte, NC I would name it Adonis. Its going to be a modern twist on traditional American foods. the style would be urban upbeat restaurant.
Matt would open up an awesome Italian restaurant up in New York City. I would have different pasta dishes and other Italian dishes made with the freshest ingredients from local markets. After a while, I'd move the restaurant to Italy, out by a market and buy my ingredients daily. I'd name it 'GorgonZola's'
I would open a semi-traditional style restaurant, it would serve traditional comfort foods with a twist. I would open it in a large city like New York or Los Angeles and I'm not sure what it's name would be.
I would open a restaurant that was more American style. It would be a big two story barn that served burgers, goat, hotdogs and all your typical American foods.
