Culinary Arts 1

Think about the foods you eat during the week.  How much balance do you have in your weekly diet?  Are there foods you could substitute into your diet to make it more healthy and balanced?

  1. I have an okay balance of foods in my life. I could probably substitute a couple of things like starches like bread and stuff.

  2. during the week my mom cooks a vegetable a pasta/rice and a meat every night so my weekly diet is balanced. but I don't really eat a lot of fruit. We could maybe use organic foods to make our diets more healthy?

  3. I don't have a diet, I just eat what ever I want. I could substitute my diet, like eat fruit instead of something sweet.

  4. I eat pretty well. I could eat less white bread and switch to whole graine

  5. I would say that I don't have a well balanced diet. but I could substitute a couple of thing to make it well balanced.

  6. My diet is pretty unhealthy, sadly. I'm slowly working on kicking out the high amounts of sugars and replacing them with fruits and veggies.

  7. I think in come ways I have a balanced diet and in some ways I don't because most if the time my family eats out and we don't cook a lot.

  10. I'd say I have a pretty balanced diet. I do however eat a lot of pasta and bread and I could always substitute those with more fruits and vegetables.

  12. I don't have the best diet for a growing girl, but I eat enough food to keep me breathing. I could eat a lot better, I should substitute little sweet snacks with fruit and just eat a loss fried food.

  14. I don't have a diet. I just eat stuff but mostly unhealthy stuff like chocolate so I could eat more fruits or vegetables

  15. During the week, I honestly don't think about balancing my diet. I should, but its something that doesn't cross my mind. I do eat a lot of snack type foods throughout the week, like chips and cookies. I could substitute those for fruits and vegetables for a more healthy diet.

  16. I never think about balancing my diet to be honest. But I really don't think I have to. I was born in a family who loves to eat healthy. I love any kind of fruit and all kinds of veggies. Yeah occasionally I'll have a little bag of chips or something like that but I usually don't eat junk food. So I don't really need to substitute anything.
